The three contracts for permanent repairs and hazard mitigation at the Allied Health/Nursing Building, the Student Residence Hall and the Resource Center are in process. FEMA is currently reviewing their draft of the permanent repair and hazard mitigation proposal for the Medical Education Building. The CSRB proposal included $6,041,074.00 for permanent repairs to the building and $24,184,940.00 for hazard mitigation.

The repair and mitigation proposal for the Central Utility Plant has also been drafted by FEMA and is under review by their 406 Mitigation team. We anticipate receiving both the MEB proposal and the Central Utility Plant document from FEMA for our review and signature in the near future.
