·         The subcontractor started changing the control valves for the re-heat coils in the Dental Clinic Building .

·         All of the dehumidifiers have been removed from the Dental Clinic and Admin buildings.  Some damage occurred to the walkway and the ramp during this process.

o        Black granite tiles on the walkway were broken and the ramp was bent because of the weight of the fork lift and units.  We'll pursue compensation from the contractor.

·         The final parts have been installed on the three air compressors in the Power Plant.  They are now on line.

·         The insulation subcontractor measured the steam line and condensate return lines in preparation for the re-insulation process. 

·         Work continues on the installation of the sump pumps in the basement at 1542 Tulane Ave.

o       Mechanical Insulation is here preparing to insulate the chilled water pipes in the basement.

o       The contractor is installing starters for pumps, and pulling wire for lighting in the basement.

o       They also are running conduit for the transfer switches and for the transformer that will supply power to the elevators in the building.
