1542 Tulane Ave.:

• Ordes Electric continues to install components of the PLC which control the Entergy Transfer Station.
• ]Stratos Elevator continues to make repairs to Elevators #1 and #7.
• The contractor is also replacing the hoist cables on Elevator #2.
• Final Remediation and Duct Cleaning:
• Zimmer-Eschette started cleaning the ducts on the 7th floor.
• They have finished removing the damaged carpet on the 7th floor. ]
• Zimmer continues to remove debris from the 4th floor.
• The contractor finished cleaning Suite 123 and is awaiting a visual inspection.
• The contractor started cleaning Suite 122.
• The test of the building fire pump was successfully completed today.
