NOTICE:  There will be a medical air and vacuum outage in the Medical Education Building starting at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, December 5th and lasting until 4:00 AM on Thursday, December 6th. 

Also, there will be a domestic hot and cold water outage on the 6th floor of the MEB at the same time.  This means that there will be no water at any faucets or toilets on the 6th floor of the MEB from 6:00 PM until midnight.  During the outage period, please do not use or flush toilets or open faucets on the 6th floor of the MEB.  This reduces the chance of any problems developing once the services are restored.

1542 Tulane Ave.:

• Zimmer-Eschette is finished the cleaning of the main hall on the 1st floor.
• They are scraping the remaining paint and HEPA-vaccuuming 8th Floor.
• The carpet removal is underway on the 5th and 6th Floors.
• Debris is being removed from the 4th Floor. 

Dental School

• The wall base material arrived for the first floor lobby of the Clinic Building and the contractor began the installation. 
• Schindler installed the top and bottom limiters for Elevator # 3. 
• They also wired the car station and re-ran the travel cables for Elevator # 4 in the Clinic Building .
• Zimmer is acquiring the equipment to remove the abandoned chiller from the Power Plant Building.

Outdoor Lighting:

• Work is progressing on the bollard lights outside of the MEB.
