NOTICE:On Thursday, May 14th, from 6:00 PM until
midnight, there will be a chilled water outage at the Clinical Education Building .During this time there will be no air
conditioning in the building.This work
is needed to repair leaks.
NOTICE:On Friday, May 15th, from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM,
there will be a steam outage at the Dental School Clinic Building .This outage is needed so that old steam
condensate lines can be capped.During
this outage, there will be no steam available for the autoclaves in the Clinic Building .

The contractor applied the second coat of paint on the walls in the 1st Floor lounge.
Crews wired additional fan coils in 3rd Floor offices along Tulane Ave.
The sprinkler contractor worked on the dry pipe system.
The contractor installed pedestrian rails.
Facility Services continued making electrical repairs and painting on the 2nd and 3rd Floors.

CLINIC BLDG PERMANENT REPAIRS AND MITIGATION:
The electrical contractor installed floor boxes in the 6th Floor simulation rooms.
They tested phone cables on the 6th Floor and finished installing LED lights in the 6th Floor computer lounge and at the reception desk.
The contractor cut the tile in the 6th Floor computer lounge area to accommodate the new floor box covers.

COMMONS:
The contractor continued installing door hardware.
RESIDENCE
HALL LOBBY EXPANSION:
The contractor taped and floated the walls of the network closet.
They installed ceiling tiles between the B Tower and the C Tower.

2nd FLOOR LOBBY RENOVATIONS:
The contractor installed wooden panels near the Womens restroom.

PHARMACOLOGY LAB RENOVATIONS:
The network wiring contractor continued pulling network wires in the lab area.
The contractor continued to install wire molding in the lab area.
ALLIED
HEALTH/NURSING BLDG RE-ROOFING PROJECT:
The contractor continued replacing the parapet wall cap along the MEB loading dock side of the roof.The crew is working towards Gravier Street .
DENTAL SCHOOL
AUDITORIUMS A & B RENOVATIONS:
The contractor installed the remaining ceiling tiles in Auditorium B.
The electrical contractor wired the breakers in the new sub-panels and pulled wires from the new electrical sub-panels to the lighting distribution panels.
The flooring contractor installed carpet on the lower level in Auditorium A.
