1542 TULANE AVE. :

·       The contractor continued pulling data wires for the coffee kiosk. 

·       The contractor installed metal studs for the access panels in the Womens restroom. 

DENTAL SCHOOL AUDITORIUM A & B RENOVATIONS:

·       Facility Services installed furniture in the auditorium lobby.

·       The A/V contractor programmed the Creston display panel in Auditorium B and continued programming in the rack room. 

·       The Auditorium project successfully passed the State Fire Marshall Inspection. 

MEB AIR HANDLING UNIT REPLACEMENT:

·       Facility Services monitored and adjusted the temporary A/C units serving the 4th and 5th Floor Quadrant D (corner of Bolivar Street and Perdido Street ).

• The contractor continuing installing new piping for AHU 5-D.
• They completed chilled water piping and insulation for AHU 4-D.

MEB 7^th FLOOR PHYSIOLOGY LABS RENOVATIONS:

• The contractor continued painting walls in Room 7221 and 7244.
• The contractor began installing ceiling grid in Room 7250.   

RESIDENCE HALL 2ND FLOOR LOBBY RENOVATIONS:

• The contractor installed the countertop and cabinet for the security desk.
• The contractor continued with the final clean-up.
• The contractor hung the digital signage LCD screen in the TV enclosure cabinet.

ALLIED HEALTH/NURSING BLDG. REROOFING PROJECT:

• The contractor installed aluminum flashing on the 4th Floor roof along the MEB loading dock.
• The contractor removed his trailer from the 440 Lot . 

RESOURCE CENTER REROOFING PROJECT:

• The contractor removed the existing mechanical room penthouse roof on the Tulane Ave. side.
• They lowered three roof drains and applied a two-ply roofing system.
