ALLIED HEALTH/NURSING BLDG PERMANENT REPAIRS & MITIGATION:

·         The contractor continued to remove tiles from the 1st Floor bathrooms near the switchgear.

·         Crews pulled more wire for the 1st Floor lights on the Bolivar Street side.

RESOURCE CENTER PERMANENT REPAIRS & MITIGATION:

·         The contractor continued installing conduit on the 1st Floor from the new switchgear room to the new ATS room.

·         They began removing AHU controls on the 1st Floor.

RESIDENCE HALL PERMANENT REPAIRS & MITIGATION:

·         The contractor continued surveying and marking the parking area in preparation for the pile driving.

LIONS/LSU CLINIC BLDG 8th FLOOR RENOVATIONS:

·         The contractor installed electrical boxes for the AV equipment in the large and small conference rooms.

·         Workers started installing the ceiling grid in the lobby and reception area.    

LIONS/LSU CLINIC BLDG 7th FLOOR RENOVATIONS:

·         The contractor spread a skim coat on the floors.

RESIDENCE HALL FIRE ALARM UPGRADE:

·         The contractor continued programming the new fire alarm panel and began installing air handling unit duct detectors.

FENCE REPLACEMENT PROJECT:

·         The contractor removed the concrete forms from the 8 monumental columns that were poured on Monday.

·         Workers set the concrete forms for the next 8 columns to be poured.

MORGUE RENOVATION:

·         The contractor continued working on punch list items.

MDL 4 RENOVATIONS:

·         Contractor installed two LCD monitors in the main room.

EXTERIOR/LANDSCAPING:

·         Facility Services continued removing old vegetation from the center island of the horseshoe drive.

·         They completed installing five of nine irrigation stations on the Florida Avenue side of the Clinic Building.
