ALLIED HEALTH/NURSING BLDG PERMANENT REPAIRS & MITIGATION:

·         The contractor continued installing electrical conduit in the main corridor on the 1st Floor.

·         They continued running the 5” roof drain from the walkway.  

RESOURCE CENTER PERMANENT REPAIRS & MITIGATION:

·         The contractor demolished the concrete masonry unit (CMU) walls in preparation for installing electrical conduit in Room 115.

RESIDENCE HALL PERMANENT REPAIRS & MITIGATION:

·         The contractor ran conduit for the exterior parking lot lights.

LIONS/LSU CLINIC BLDG 7th FLOOR RENOVATIONS:

·         The contractor installed studs above and below the 3 storefronts adjacent to the center hallway.

·         Crews continued running heating hot water lines to the VAV boxes.

LIONS/LSU CLINIC BLDG 8th FLOOR RENOVATIONS:

·         The contractor adjusted sprinkler heads in the main lobby area.    

RESIDENCE HALL FIRE ALARM REPLACEMENT:

·         The contractor continued testing and troubleshooting the new fire alarm panel.

·         They completed testing the flow and tamper switches and the access control functions during a fire alarm.

·         The output volume of all new speaker devices was increased.   

FENCE REPLACEMENT PROJECT:

·         The contractor completed painting the monumental fence columns.

EXTERIOR/LANDSCAPING:

·         Facility Services continued mulching the planting bed on the Clinic Building side of the horseshoe.

·         Workers continued installing irrigation piping along Florida Avenue adjacent to the Clinic Building.

·         They began clearing the landscape in the courtyard between the Administration and Clinic Buildings.
