ALLIED HEALTH/NURSING BLDG PERMANENT REPAIRS & MITIGATION:
Â· The contractor completed removing the elevator shaft wall.
Â· New valves were installed on the heating hot water lines and workers continued removing the old heating hot water lines.
Â· Crews began removing the curtain wall on the 2nd Floor.
RESIDENCE HALL PERMANENT REPAIRS & MITIGATION:
Â· The contractor installed 4 additional precast panels on the 2nd Floor and roof level of the elevated enclosure.
Â· 27 of the 40 panels have now been installed.
RESOURCE CENTER PERMANENT REPAIRS & MITIGATION:
Â· Workers continued to remove paint from the 1st Floor walls.
Â· The contractor continued to torque the bus duct in the switchgear.
Â· The granite thresholds for Elevators 3 and 4 were installed.
Â· The contractor replaced broken granite panels on the exterior of the 1st Floor.
DENTAL SCHOOL PATIENT PARKING LOT:
Â· The contractor sloped and graded the area between the sidewalk and Florida Avenue and prepared the light pole concrete bases for paint.
