ALLIED HEALTH/NURSING BLDG PERMANENT REPAIRS & MITIGATION:

• The contractor applied the 2nd and 3rd coats of stucco to the stairwells along Bolivar Street.
• The contractor removed additional chilled water lines and ran insulated heating hot water lines.   

RESIDENCE HALL PERMANENT REPAIRS & MITIGATION:

• The contractor mounted 4 out of the 6 disconnect boxes on the roof platform.
• They primed the exterior wall of the Laundry Room in the 1st Floor, A tower.

RESOURCE CENTER PERMANENT REPAIRS & MITIGATION:

• The contractor removed the elevator shaft wall at the freight elevator.

CEB COVERED WALKWAY:

• The contractor grouted 48 of 68 column base plates.
