On-Campus Groups

Schools of Allied Health, Medicine, and Nursing: Share subscription for MDConsult.

Graduate Students: Share subscription for Current Protocols.

Health Science / Medical Groups

LSUHSC-Shreveport Library: Shares INNOPAC and Ovid subscriptions, and the following online journal groups: AMA; Lippincott, Williams & Wilkins; New England Journal of Medicine; and ScienceDirect.

NN/LM-SCR (National Network of Libraries of Medicine - South Central Region): Coordinates health sciences library activity in Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas, including interlibrary loan.

Oklahoma Health Sciences Library Consortium (includes Louisiana, Arkansas, and Texas): Provides access to Stat!Ref.

SCAMeL: Provides free interlibrary loans to partner libraries; acoordinates consortia purchase for full-text titles including: BMJ Group, Nature Publications, Mary Ann Liebert, American Psychiatric Publishing Inc. (APPI), and others. Provides consortia pricing for AccessMedicine, ExamMaster, Psychiatry Online, and RefWorks.

Tulane Health Sciences Center Library: Provides reciprocal borrowing for patrons.

City & State Groups

CALL: Provides reciprocal borrowing of materials by patrons from academic libraries within the New Orleans area.

LALINC: Provides reciprocal borrowing of materials by patrons from academic libraries within the state of Louisiana.

LOUIS (the Louisiana Library Network): Provides access to a large number of electronic resources, including EBSCOhost and Academic Universe, based on a membership fee. Smaller consortia within LOUIS partner to subscribe to CINAHL Complete, Chronicle of Higher Education, HaPI database, PsycARTICLES, Sage journals and Web of Knowledge which includes the Web of Science (Science Citation Index and Social Science Citation Index), and Journal Citation Reports
