Employee/Labor Relations
The
employee/labor relations
section administers the Affirmative Action
Program and insures EEO compliance; processes and
resolves employee and applicant complaints subject to
civil rights legislation; implements suspensions and
terminations for classified employees; monitors and
insures compliance with State and Federal laws and
Civil Service Rules and Regulations; administers
Workers Compensation and Unemployment Compensation
programs; provides training in Equal Employment
Opportunity/Affirmative Action, Sexual Harassment,
Discipline, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the
Americans with Disabilities Act; and administers the
Comprehensive Public Training Program.
