Troubleshooting Common Issues

Problem: I'm having trouble adding someone as an Alternate Host   

Possible Solution:   If you are having trouble adding someone as an alternate host. First try adding them via their email address. If that doesn't work note that the user needs to login to the Zoom web portal before they are able to be added as an alternate host.
