MEDLINE is the National Library of Medicine's premier bibliographic database covering the fields of medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, and the preclinical sciences, as well as some aspects of biology, environmental science, marine biology, plant and animal science, biophysics and chemistry. Over 11 million citations and selected abstracts from over 4,800 worldwide journals currently in 30 languages; 40 languages for older journals. This database can be searched via PubMed, EBSCOhost, or Ovid.
