High Fructose Corn Syrup Bad
A new study published in Pharmacology, Biochemistry and Behavior finds that high fructose corn syrup leads to abnormal increases in body fat, at least in rats, when compared to regular table sugar.

All our LSUHSC medical students learned this in the food and obesity modules during their second year of medical school . After they read and reviewed “Omnivores Dilemma” by Michael Pollan, they all discovered the evils of a “Corn economy!” Good to know there is official research behind it.
