LWW Online journals maintenance April 18th

April 18, 2024: Journals available through LWW Online will be unavailable this evening starting at 8:30pm CDT for about an hour while the publisher performs maintenance on the site.

Any links we have to journals on LWW Online are in addition to our primary access through Ovid, or the LWW Total Access Collection, so hopefully the impact of this maintenance will be minimal.

RefWorks downtime this weekend

RefWorks will be performing scheduled maintenance this weekend starting at 9pm CST on Saturday, February 8th. The outage will last approximately 12 hours with access restored on Sunday, February 9th.

Legacy RefWorks and (new) RefWorks, RefWorks Citation Manager, and Write-n-Cite will all be unavailable.

If you continue to have access problems after the scheduled maintenance is complete, please contact RefWorks support.

ClinicalKey scheduled maintenance

ClinicalKey will have scheduled maintenance and possible downtime starting Friday, January 31st at 3pm through Saturday, February 1st at 12pm.

AAO Basic and Clinical Science Course (BCSC) eBook collection maintenance

The American Academy of Ophthalmology Basic and Clinical Science Course (BCSC) eBook collection is upgrading to a new version effective Monday, September 16th. Maintenance will begin the night before, Sunday, September 15th, starting at 9:30 PM (central time).

The functionality should stay the same, however there will be a few changes:

-The new site will only have the latest Basic and Clinical Science Course (BCSC) titles. The old editions will no longer be available.

-Personalized accounts, including bookmarks, highlights and notes created on the older titles can be accessed under the ‘My activity’ tab and downloaded as an excel file for the user’s reference.

-All books will be presented in chronological order of their publishing date.

If you experience problems accessing the collection, please contact the Collection Development Department.

AtoZ List Maintenance

The E-Journals & E-Books AtoZ List will be unavailable on Friday, August 28, from 9pm until 11pm because of maintenance.

RefWorks downtime starting Saturday night, Aug.8th

RefWorks will be down for maintenance starting at 9pm, Saturday, August 8th, and lasting 8 hours until 5:00 am on Sunday, August 9th.

During this time RefWorks will not be available, and users will be re-directed to a webpage explaining the scheduled maintenance.

We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may cause, and we appreciate your patience while RefWorks is unavailable.

Annual Reviews maintenance beginning 3/1/14

Annual Reviews will be conducting website maintenance on Saturday, March 1st – Sunday, March 2nd. As a result, access will be interrupted for approximately 16 hours starting at 10:00 am CST, Saturday, March 1st, and lasting until approximately 2:00 am CST, Sunday, March 2nd.

Mosby’s Nursing Consult downtime, Sunday, August 18th

MosbyÔÇÖs Nursing Consult is launching two new content areas.?á As a result, the web site will undergo maintenance on Sunday, August 18th from 12:00 am to 6:00 am.?á During this time, the site will be unavailable.?á When MosbyÔÇÖs Nursing Consult relaunches at 6:00 am, you will have access to two new areas in the Calculators & Tools section: Labs & Diagnostics and Scales.

If you encounter problems after the maintenance has been completed, please contact a library staff member and someone will get back to you during regular library hours.
