Systematic Review Service
Systematic reviews aim to identify, evaluate, and summarize the findings of all relevant individual studies over a health-related issue and answer very focused, PICO-based questions. They lead to making the available evidence more accessible to decision makers.
Our Librarians are available to assist with SR projects. There are two levels of service available to Library Patrons: Tier 1/Expert Consultant and Tier 2/Co-Author. For more information, please consult our Systematic Review Libguide.
If you are interested in doing a Systematic Review or similar project, please fill out this form so a Librarian can get in touch with you. Systematic Review Intake Form.
The Libraries also subscribe to Covidence a software tool designed to streamline production of high-quality evidence reviews; contact Reference@lsuhsc.edu to create an account. Alternately, there is Rayyan, which offers a free version designed for early career researchers just getting started with research.
Contact reference@lsuhsc.edu for any questions.
