Accessible Text

Ensure your text is readable by using at least 10px sans serif fonts, such as Arial, Helvetica or Verdana. These font types will magnify well for those who have low vision. 

Important information should be emphasised by including it in a separate paragraph, using a word such as 'Important' or a symbol such as an asterisk. Styling such as bold, italics, underlining or a different color should not be used, as users of assistive technology are often not aware of such styling.
