Classes Cancelled, Patient Appointments to be Rescheduled

Out of an abundance of caution due to the flooding threat posed by Tropical Storm Harvey coupled with the city's diminished pumping capacity, LSU Health New Orleans will close its downtown New Orleans and dental campuses on Tuesday, August 29, 2017. Classes in the schools of Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Allied Health Professions, Graduate Studies, and Public Health will be cancelled. Patient appointments at clinics located on campus will be rescheduled. Only essential personnel should report to work.
