Citrix StoreFront with Multi-Factor Athentication (MFA)
Important Changes:
-
Our Citrix StoreFront environment now requires that you register for and use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). For additional information, please see: https://www.lsuhsc.edu/admin/it/security/mfa/microsoft-mfa.asp
- Due to our new MFA requirement, always initiate every Citrix connection request from your web browser, regardless of whether you are connecting from a Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad, or Android device. Compatible web browsers include Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Do not attempt to configure or "activate" the Citrix Workspace client directly, as this may cause problems with connecting. Always begin from your web browser.
LSUHSC-NO provides a convenient web portal, located at https://storefront.lsuhsc.edu, for all access to our Citrix resources, from any client device.
The Tutorial links below describe how to log on to StoreFront and use it to connect
to your Citrix desktops and apps. Be sure to select the link that corresponds with
the type of device and/or web browser that you are using to connect to your Citrix
desktops or applications.
