Website opens to order regalia.
October 6th
Deadline to order regalia.
November 22nd
Deadline to satisfy all financial obligations with the university.
Deadline to submit name change forms and verification documents.
Deadline for degree candidates to update their mailing address in self-service.
Last name to remove names from the graduation list.

Academic Regalia
Graduates are prohibited from decorating their academic regalia. This policy was
voted in by the LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans Commencement Committee effective
Spring 2024.

Conferral Date: August 10, 2024
Important Deadlines
July 19th
Deadline to satisfy all financial obligations with the university.
Last date to make corrections to your name (capitalization, accent, middle name, suffix, etc.).
Last date to submit name change forms along with supporting documentation.
August 2nd
Deadline to remove a student from the list.
Deadline to update mailing address in self-service.
August 12th
Diplomas will be mailed to the mailing address on file as of August 2nd.

Deadline to complete Financial Aid Exit Interview.
Deadline to satisfy all Financial Obligations.
May 3rd
Last date for graduates to submit name change name forms and supporting documentation.
Last date for graduates to make corrections to their name (capitalization, accent, adding middle name, suffix, etc.).
Last date to remove names from the graduation list.
Deadline for graduates to update their mailing address in self-service.
May 17th
Diplomas for graduates who did not attend or do not pick up after the ceremony will be mailed to the mailing address on file as of May 3rd.
