Replacement Diploma and Certificate
Starting January 1, 2025, replacement diplomas will feature the current layout and include the signatures of current administrators only.
LSU Health Sciences Center at New Orleans is processing all replacement diplomas and certificates online through Parchment®. Payment must be made by card. Diploma options and prices are:

Certified Diploma Copy for Licensure
Certified Diplomas for Licensure are provided to the licensing board at no cost if you provide a photocopy of the diploma, or one is on file at the university. Complete the form below and return it by email, fax or in person. If a copy is not on file with the university, you must place an order for a replacement diploma online through Parchment®. The cost is $30 per copy. Please allow up to ten business days for processing. Diplomas earned prior to December 2005 may take 4 to 6 weeks to process.
