Auxiliary Enterprises

Administration

The administrative office branch of Auxiliary Enterprises provides administrative and IT support to the sections of the Department. We also provide support to all sections of the department which includes accounts receivable and payable.

The Auxiliary Enterprises Administrative Office provides general support for all Auxiliary operations, and oversees contractual agreements that provide the following support services:

  • Medical Education Building and Dental School Cafeteria: A cash and debit card, full service cafeteria and catering located at 1901 Perdido and 1100 Florida respectively.
  • Campus Vending: A contracted agreement to provide vending machines on the campus.
  • Centralized Accounts Setup: Provides a mechanism for departmental business managers to authorize expenditures from cost centers under their authority in all Auxiliary operations.
