  • The LSU Health Sciences Centers in New Orleans and Shreveport comply with all applicable procurement statutes outlined in Title 39 and 38 and Title 34 of the Administrative Code. Certain PM-77 guidelines do not apply at these two institutions because they are not a part of the LSU shared services model, with its increased administrative autonomies, as legislatively created.
