Communication Skills
This course focuses on communication essentials and how to utilize these principles within their teams. Participants will gain a broad understanding of the types of effective communication, how and when to use them in practical workplace situations to create healthy team relationships and improve outcomes.
Coaching for Performance
This course will teach participants the importance of setting and communicating workplace expectations, tools for providing and documenting continuous feedback, and coaching to their teams. During this course participants will learn how to identify high potential employees and best practices for coaching them.
Conflict Management
In this course, participants will learn how to identify the early signs of conflict and how to mitigate, as well as how to de-escalate situations where conflict has disrupted the workplace and team dynamics. Participants will explore strategies for establishing a work environment where teams respectfully navigate disagreements and diverse opinions
Effective Interviewing
Participants will learn best practices for interviewing. They will gain an understanding of the different types of interview questions, how to prepare for the interview, and the best practices of interviewing. Participants will also learn how and what to communicate to candidates throughout the process.
