Cost Accounting
The Office of Cost Accounting of Accounting Services is responsible for providing the University with information on federal and university cost accounting standards.
The core responsibilities of the Office is to compile the Facilities and Administrative (F&A) Cost Proposal, the Fringe Benefit Cost Proposal, implement and evaluate ongoing compliance with Cost Accounting Standards incorporated into 2 CFR, Part 200 (OMB Circular A-21) on a University-wide basis, and serve as an audit liaison with the Department of Health and Human Services, with respect to the F&A Cost and Fringe Benefit Cost Proposal.
